Job Description

We are looking for high-energy, self-motivated and goal oriented Sales Manager with 2-4 years of relevant experience to drive incremental revenue through new client prospecting and targeted demand generation activities. Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage a team of dynamic sales professional for SMB sales.
  • Must exhibit wholesome experience in building and managing Sales Team
  • Maintaining and increasing sales of HealthScion Offerings
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
  • Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
  • Recruiting and training sales staff
  • Allocating areas to Field Sales Executives
  • Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
  • Compiling and analysing sales figures
  • Possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Reporting to senior managers
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing or Communication).
  • 4-6 years of successful B2B Field sales experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in new business development sales.
  • Pro-active, organized, dependable with proven ability to work well with large FOS teams.
  • High Achievement orientation.

  • Should be fluent in English with ability to converse in local language.
